This article tells us the order of how things are made for the web. Well, they say its an order to everything and this just reinforce it.

The article talks about how good programmers step up there site in theses steps. They plan out their content(HTML). This sets the stage for everything thing. Next comes the presentation(CSS). This is where we dress up everything and make it look nice and pretty. Last comes the client-side scripting(JavaScript). Now we can make things move and flow. Complete all these steps helps execute a polish product. This is my take on this article.
